Honest Advice

As a Professional Best Friend (life coach), I've received many direct messages and emails from my audience asking for an unbiased opinion and REAL actionable advice. I found that a lot of the situations people find themselves in are similar, no matter where they are in the world. There is great value learning from eachother's experiences, so this Honest Advice column is a way for me to provide my direct and unbiased two-cent, while also helping others who may be too nervous to reach out for support.
